Steelers @ Saints: Game Predictions

Predictions! Get ya predictions he-ah!

It's Friday afternoon so of course that means it's time for our weekly contest where you pretend to know what the Saints are going to do on Sunday.

Before we get to all of your predictions this week let us acknowledge last weeks winner, Jeff.I.b. By a margin of just two Jeff won the popular vote, narrowly edging out coldpizza. Here are the three that got him the win...

1. Brees completes passes to at least 8 different targets. (8 different Saints mind you)
2. Colt McCoy throws at least 1 INT and under 220 yards.
3. Hartley goes perfect from FGs and XPs.

But that was last week. This week starts anew so let's see what you got.

Steelers win a close one

1. Steelers will have 150+ yds rushing.
2. Saints will turnover the ball at least twice
3. Hartley will miss at least one FG.

  • Before I get hissed and booed, I’d just like to say: I usually pick 3 “positive” things for our Saints to accomplish on gameday, but it hasn’t worked out. This is reverse “pycho” whachacallit.

"douche" was the most gentle term I could come up with

sorry y’all think I’m a moron – I just think it’s incredible how certain players get a pass for their off-field egregious behaviors by virtue of their arbitrary characteristics. I don’t have any personal vendetta against the Steelers; I just think it’s moral issue that’s completely ignored because of variables like his race and his status in the NFL (see also: Brett Favre’s dickshots).

for his off-field behavior, then you’re watching different TV than the rest of the nation. Ben has been totally trashed through the media and an NFL suspension without benefit of criminal conviction is a big deal.

2. The Steelers will have no sacks, despite heavy pressure on Brees.
