I would wager that no team in NFL history had to face a Hall of Fame QB in every playoff game they participated and furthermore no team in history ever defeated 3 HOF QBs in a row. The magnitude of that is unbelieveable. And, we intercepted every QB in that run. Quite a defensive effort. It would be really interesting to see what ranking our defense would have if you eliminated the say, five or so games where we either had many subs playing for injured starters or the last game of the season where we rested them. I think that would giive a truer representation of how good our defense is.
BTW- was Jenkins playing a lot because Gay was sick or injured, or did GW just want a bigger DB out there?
