How I helped the Saints win
The Saints were a tale of two teams: the first quarter team, and the second-fourth quarter team. But what happened to make this change? Well, it was because of me.
Last year I won a saints shirt from here and it read "Being a Saints fan means never having to say you're rational." (or something along those lines, I don't have the shirt presently). So after the abominable first quarter I changed into this shirt having no rationale to do so, but hey, the shirt is pretty accurate. Anyways, I am convinced this change of shirt is the reason the Saints won and it wasn't good adjustments and gutsy calls made by the Saints.
*Accepts Thanks*

I respectfully disagree...
since it was the same (unwashed) shirt I wore for the Cardinals and Vikings game that I wore for the Superbowl that obviously won the game. :)

King cake
It was us, eating our king cake in the second half. As long as we continued to munch, the Saints did well. Stopped eating, Indianapolis scored. Started eating again. Quit when I was about to puke, but my youngest son still had some in his hand, and the Saints were still winning. “Eat more, Evan! Keep eating!” Kid kept eating until the interception. Y’all owe him, big time.

Stand Up & Get Crunk Did It
I am offshore and was sitting in office watching game with several other guys. Well, I had told ev1 that I would play that song from da Dome during the game.
Well, I forgot it until we were down 10-0 at start of 2nd 1/4. Well I pulled up U-Tube, found DJ Munkie’s vid of it, started playing it between plays and timeouts.
THE REST IS HISTORY. Should have seen all us ole timers dancing in my office to that stuff.
I was at the MNF and both playoff games, and of course I drank one or two beers, at least, and that song just stuck in my head, so I felt da Saints needed to hear it down in Miami, so I had it turned up real loud!!!!!!! It certainly seemed to help, too.
Imagine Peyton as a kid in Nawlins, always dreaming of throwing the winning TD in da SB for da Saints, well Sunday, he finally did it!!!!!!

It was me....
wearing my Alabama Crimson Tide National Championship shirt. I wore it during the Vikings game in hopes that their national title win would rub off on the Saints, and it worked. I wore it again Sunday. :)

it was me...
I have a Build-a-Bear monkey in a Saints uniform, and after the 1st quarter, I brought him out (taking a seat from one of my guests at my party) and he got to sit right in front of the TV.
Finished Strong.

I said a prayer to Jesus1000 at halftime promising not to taunt if the Saints won. BOOM! You are all welcome. But now I can’t slash and burn over at Bluer Than Blue Horseshoe. Damn.
Is it tomorrow, or just the end of time?

Sorry guys/gals
it was cause of my pseudo-mom. Every time she came into the room, the Saints either did something bad or the Colts did something good. She was allowed to come back, in the final minutes, when we were up by 7…until the Colts started driving. She was told (asked harshly..lol) to get out, and the next play…Porter for the pick 6). That happened in a couple of games this season.

We on da field Next
I guess coach is going to have to put us fans on da field next year, since nuttin him or his players had nuttin to do wit da WIN.
I will be the guy that helps da Cheerleaders put on their boots. I knowd they need hep wit dat!!!
JND can play LB, he look ugly enuf to stick his head in dere and make a tackle or 2. We will get sly to sneak out da backfield and catch a few passes, whilst I am makin da passes on da sidelines, Hey sha, I knows ya need some hep dere, let me do dat for you.
GGM can hep coach call da plays since he so psychic, we all knowd he a mental case. vodoo can be def coord since he can pass a spell on dem.
mtnex can be da QB, since he knowd how to make a pig fly, mabe he can trow da pigskin to sly. I will make sure da saintsations are still looking good on da sidelines, you guys wont have to wrry bout dem. didnt I toll ya I was good at zippers too.
Wait til next year, folks, we will be a big help, and shoe in to da SB.

Sorry, it was me.
At the end of the first quarter, my Archie Manning jersey got too warm, so I took it off and went with my Saints scrubs (tops & bottoms) instead. Getting “Manning” off my back apparently got Manning off the Saints’ backs, as well.
I'm so happy, I can't stop crying.

I do that all the time but I haven't learned how to direct my vibe at any specific person on TV yet.
guess I’ll have to keep practicing.
