Hargrove... no news is....

Welll... it looks all's gone quiet on Antony Hargrove...  he has visited Detroit on Tuesday and nothing has come out whether he has an offer sheet from the Lions or not...  probably not.... maybe that third rounder is a steeper price than we thought.... or maybe he has an offer sheet and the Saints are pondering what to do... or maybe he has other visits.... or maybe... or maybe.....   this offseason is killing me... !!!    LOL

You are just lucky Dave wouldnt let me have my fun this morning :)

"I have seen women walk right past a TV set with a football game on and - this always amazes me - not stop to watch, even if the TV is showing replays of what we call a "good hit," which is a tackle that causes at least one major internal organ to actually fly out of a player's body."

There wasn't anything fun about that, Grumps!

Oh c'mon

I thought that was a nice shock to the system. Call it an early April fool’s joke. Just to liven things up. This off season is boring.

I'm still miffed

that Dave took down my elephantitis balls video from the ‘Sean Payton’s big balls’ post. It was a side shot. No penis visible. The video was taken for medical purposes. It was truly incredible.

Basically

I posted a false report stating that Pierre Thomas had been traded to the Texans for Owen Daniels and a 3rd round pick. Made a few comments ala Rotoworld style about what the trade would benefit to each team etc. Then put up a poll that had a few different selections as to what you thought of the trade:

1. PayLoo are Crazy, Thomas is a Beast.
2. RB’s are a dime a dozen, we can get it in the draft.
3. Sign Fargas Now to ensure we have some depth at RB.
4. I like Hamburgers
5. I can’t believe i fell for this completely fraudulent post. Grumps you are a bastard for causing a spike in my blood pressure.
6. I smelled the bull crap a mile away.

I can't believe those a**h**** traded Thomas!

That’s it, I’m outta here. No more of this stupid team and its constant hare-brained mistakes for me. From now on, I’m a Panthers fan. See you on Cat Scratch Reader.

Nope, nope, nope

I’m done. I’ve had it. Stupid Aints. It’s the Panthers for me from now on. Besides, I heard they just traded their entire team for Drew Brees. It’s a step in the right direction.

Looked a lot like the Edwards post on DN

Guy up there did the same thing about Edwards (but didn’t have the cool poll on it.)

Next time, try choosing a player that’s actually capable of being traded. Pierre isn’t currently under contract.

Unfortunately, it makes me lick more windows than usual on the short bus I'm riding.

I compare it to the time Walter Cronkite spoofed the nation by jokingly reporting that Kennedy was shot.

just fyi...

Detroit was also meeting with Suh and McCoy the last couple days…

So, maybe there’s no news yet because they are deciding between the three.

I hope the pick the rookies, and leave Hargrove alone.
