The deadline for the Saints to match restricted free agent Mike Bell's one-year, $1.7 million offer sheet from the Eagles is at 11:59 PM tonight.
New Orleans is believed to have little interest in matching the contract offer, so Bell is likely to officially join the Eagles' roster before midnight. The deal includes a no-trade clause and $500,000 in guaranteed money.
Updating a previous item, the Saints have until 12AM ET Wednesday morning to match the Eagles' restricted free agent offer sheet for Mike Bell.
The deadline was originally announced as tonight at midnight. Eagles coach Andy Reid admitted Monday that he doesn't expect New Orleans to match.
