So, the Saints are playing the Cowboys on Thanksgiving Day, and I'm going to be at the game, if I can get my hands on a ticket. (I've never tried to buy a ticket for a Cowboys game, so I'm not sure what the supply will be.)
And, as I was driving to pickup my Chinese food today listening to the Saints remix of "Halftime (Stand Up & Get Crunk)", I was thinking about making a sign or two for the game... maybe I could get on TV... a few lonely Saints fans in a sea of silver and blue (YUCK!) sticking out like a sore thumb.
=> So, I need your thoughts and advice on a few things...
1. If you were making a sign for the Saints/Cowboys game, what would you want it to say? Any (simple) graphics?
I was thinking something with "Who Dat?" and/or "TWO DAT!?"
Maybe some reference to "Thanks!" b/c it's Thanksgiving... maybe in reference to Romo and an INT.
2. Any advice on making the sign itself would be greatly appreciated - materials & methods?
I haven't used poster board since I was in grade school, and I'm not sure the best way to do the lettering.
3. When is the best time to hold it up, besides right after a Saints TD, INT, or sack... or is that enough?
