Pierre Thomas: Show or No Show?
Last week Pierre Thomas skipped voluntary OTAs after previously saying that he would attend, even though he's not currently under contract just because that's his attitude and his personality. At that time, I asked all of you whether you thought Thomas would participate in today's mandatory minicamp. Those results are above.
Pierre has not signed a deal since then so unless something get's done in the next few hours, the 55% of you who believed contract negotiations would be finished are already out of the running. The only question now is whether PT will show up, regardless of the fact that he is not under contract, or continue to wait until his financial demands are met.
We will have our answer shortly. Who will be right? Have your feelings changed since last week?

Anyone going to today’s 3pm practice, btw? I’m hoping the weather holds up. If it rains, I’ll have to hide in a worn jersey hamper to gain access and the aroma of those things aren’t always pleasant.

I might head across the lake
if the weather is not obviously bad.

Or incase it rains
do you have a favorite watering hole close to Saints camp?

Nothing too nearby, as far as bars go. Short Stop (Transcontinental @ Airline) for a po boy, if you’re up for grub.

Yeah Dave
I am going to take some notes but I don’t have a camera. Plus you are a much better writer.

Yeah, I can see myself now walking up to strangers and saying “hamburgers?” I wonder how many strange looks or orders I will get before I find y’all.

Haha, I hear ya. I only specified that particular shirt, because I know its clean. I still have to find my Saints cap, though. Haven’t worn it in at least a month. Probably buried beneath an avalanche of crap in my room.

If he's not signed . . .
. . . he shouldn’t practice. Too much risk on his part.
I’m usually a pro-management type, but in this case, labor has a legitimate concern.

He’ll be there; He’s to much of a team guy to miss it and he stives to be better and u can’t do that with out being around your team.
He's not there.
