Chargers' Jackson, McNeill Face pay cuts if they don't sign tenders

The only reason I'm Fanshotting this, is because if McNeill doesn't sign his tender, there's no way he will play as a starting LT for $600,000. The Chargers don't have a solid backup at LT, so that is definitely a possible landing spot for Jamal Brown.
