Saints waive Harry Coleman and 3 other camp bodies

Saints waived LB Harry Coleman, LB Sam Maxwell, DE Brandon Sharpe, and CB Marcell Young. All four players were undrafted rookies, headlined by former LSU star Coleman who was arrested on a battery charge in May.

A sad day for LSU!!! LSU!!! The Accountability Index will be updated.

I was just bouncing around between fanshots and Dave's article about McCray

to see if the news about Coleman was included – and you just beat me to it. And as you said, there’s work to be done on the A.I.

But, they could always re-sign Coleman right before the season starts, (kinda like McCray popped up again). How GREAT – this A.I. thing could go on and on and on….

it wasn’t a prediction that they WILL re-sign him, just that they COULD re-sign him…. which is a cold hard fact.

I seriously doubt they will.

There’s absolutely no denying things look real bleak for Harry, but the final roster has not yet been posted. Currently the score appears to be Curmudgeon:1, Optimistic Homers: 0. While that’s likely to be the final score, it ain’t over ‘til it’s over.
