Saints Agree to 5-Year Deal with First-Round Draft Pick Patrick Robinson

The Saints have agreed to a five year deal with first-round draft pick Patrick Robinson. Saints Vice President of Communications Greg Bensel appears to have broken the news himself via Twitter...

Saints agree to terms on 5-year deal with first round pick CB Patrick Robinson...he arrives in New Orleans tomorrow morning.

Just in the nick of time! Robinson was the only player not in attendance earlier today. This shouldn't come as much of a surprise after Mickey Loomis said earlier today...

I think that talks are going well. I'd be surprised if he's not signed before the weekend's out.

What a wonderful ending to a pleasant 2010 off-season. For the first time in quite a few years the Saints have no draft pick holdouts and will hit the training camp field together.

It's on like donkey kong

The way I see it, we have a 1/32 chance on repeating and winning the Super Bowl again. If you need an elite QB to win a Super Bowl we have a 1/3 shot at winning the Superbowl. If you need an elite coach then we have a 1/2 shot at winning the Super Bowl. If you need an elite city and a elite fan base to win a Super Bowl then we are the only logical choice so we have a 100% shot at winning the Super Bowl! We are New Orleans, this our city and this is OUR TIME!!!!!!!!!

Awesome!!!

I remember not to long ago when CB was a weakness. Cannot say that anymore—I hope he contributes right away.

Great news

to discover this morning! Now it’s time for the entire team to get to work—except for those on the PUP list, that is! But I’m sure they will be in that number soon, ready to “enjoy” Payloo’s “boot camp.” Work hard, finish strong!

I was trying to figure that out myself.

It’s the best Roscoe “I Love It!” pick I could find. I agree that it must be a novelty license plate.
