- Heat is not the only climate-related issue for training camp's opening day. Significant winds are howling at the Saints facilities. In fact, one of the tents inside the practice field area that was not staked down fell over and cracked the windshield of owner Tom Benson's burgundy Mercedes 5550. As a result, all of the unstaked tents erected at the facilitt have been ordered to be taken down after an unfortunate Saints official broke the news to Mr. Benson.

He's never going to return to coaching

these gigs he get are too good – consulting and visiting and commentating on MNF…

Sean Payton and the players need to focus on the upcoming season and defending the title but I don’t.

And once he realizes that, he’ll be even BETTER on MNF, because he won’t be holding back to avoid offending an owner or player he hopes to be coaching in the future.
