Sharper rehab is on schedule
Darren Sharper (microfracture surgery) said his timetable is to return to practice in the "second part of the preseason."
The 35-year-old free safety said he definitely wants to play in some preseason games, adding that his rehab is going according to plan. He may also need to get back on the field to hold off Malcolm Jenkins for the starting gig.
