Fleur-de-Links: Saints Visit White House, Meet President Obama

Photo

Not much other than the White House visit going on today in the world of Saints web links. Rita was looking quite fetching. In the little other news, Madden Gras launches Madden 11, Dave Dixon is remembered, and NOLA.com has a piece about how Lynell Hamilton is working extra hard in hopes of getting extra playing time. The Saints have their first joint practice with the Patriots in the morning from 8:45-11:00. The afternoon practice will be from 3:00-5:45. Make the jump for more.

Willie Roaf will be eligble for HOF in 2012, Morten Andersen in 2013. We could be looking at a legit Dynasty, if we can win more SB’s and those two can get in the HOF in their first try. It’s great to be a Saints fan right now with so much expectations. Remember, this year was supposed to be “THE” year for us.

I noticed Heath Evan in the background chewing gum while the President was speaking.

I assume he brought enough gum for everyone!!!!!

Speaking of all these "gras" events

I remember when I was a kid, WVUE, which was channel 8 at the time, ran a cheesy “fish out of water” commercial just after Bob Breck joined the News Team.

And in it, Bob said that he and his family were still looking around, trying to find some of that “Mardi Grass.” UGH it was pretty bad.

Sean Payton and the players need to focus on the upcoming season and defending the title but I don’t.

I don't see what the heck ya'll see in her...

Someone go get Stu.

He can explain it better than me. I think she’s attractive. Maybe it’s all the money that turns me on. She’s not as pretty as Marisa Tomei or Teri Hatcher to me, though.

Something I see in her:

A tremendous amount of influence over the Saints in years to come. Regarding her being fetching: I hope she’ll be able to fetch us some more championships.

While she’s not the principal owner as of yet, she definitely has Denise DeBartolo York and Virginia Halas McCaskey (the only two female principal owners) beat in the looks department. To be completely fair, I’d like to peruse the entire portfolio of female part-owners. A three-frames-per-minute slide show is preferred.

a slide show of female-parts’ owners? ;)

What I see in here

is a female that knows alot about football, but is a smart enough owner/part-owner to keep herself out of the way of those that know even more! Plus she is certainly more attractive than Grandpa Tom…

I'm waiting for my name in the new category at the bottom: "Hasn't Got a Clue"

Kind of like Rickey Jackson wanting his name on the sign.
