we were trying to figure out where the Steelers were over at BTSC
seeing we limiting CJ2K to under 40 yards of rushing
Players who should be in the Hall of Fame: Pat TIllman, Dwight White, Donnie Shell, L.C. Greenwood, Ray Guy, Steve Tasker, Greg Llyod, Andy Russel, Cris Carter, Kevin Greene and Jerry Kramer

Saints 49ers
Would have been victory of week if 49ers won

Great game
coming from a 49ers fan, here’s to a well-fought game by the Saints. It was a gritty exposition for both teams and one that has battle hardened both teams. Respect. Hope to meet the Saints again in the post-season!

Right back at you MMM
Was a hell of a game. I sincerely hope Alex can keep playing at that high level. If so, you guys can go deep. However, if you would kindly release Patrick Willis so we can pick him up it would be appreciated.
Football is easy if you're crazy as hell
From what I saw...
better days for the Niners are pretty close. Just don’t go after Favre to start under center next year…
Repeat? Under construction...
Bears over Boys
The state of TExas consumed lots of antacid in their second loss of their “dream” season…wake them when it’s over.
It's gonna be a great year.
I bet just as many Texans loved it.
I was in a bar full of Texans cheering for every Chicago play and laughing at every cowpie mistake. America’s team indeed; they can’t even get all of Texas to root for them.

and they play each other this week… will be nice to see “Cowboys are 0-3” on the TV screen.

I voted for Houston
It was a crazy game and it came down to the wire. Andre Johnson coming down with that TD pass to tie it up late was sick yet he made it look so easy even while he was injured. It’s like watching someone that’s 8 foot tall hold a football over the head of somone who’s 4 foot tall and watch the little one jump. They’re never going to get it

Just heard
Larry Johnson is now available.
I have long since stopped listening to you, I just wait for you to be done.
Yeah. I watched him play last year. He’s NOT even remotely as good as he used to be. But he’s also NOT as crappy as he appeared in Washington. Or at least he wasn’t last year. Last year he had a good OL (at run blocking at least, they sucked then and still do at pass blocking) and was able to produce. This year he doesn’t seem to have that benefit, and he looked like crap. So let’s see what he can do behind our guards. Give him a tryout and if he looks good a minimal one-year contract, see if he can help out.
Can someone explain to me
what is with this hatred for the Cowboys in these small circles (not widely known in larger NFL circles). I mean, I’m not aware of some arch rivalry on opposite sides of da Sabine. It’s not as if we’re divisional rivals either. I have much dislike for Atlanta and I used to have a certain hatred for the 49ers for many years until we no longer had to face them twice a year. As far as the Cowboys…. I can take them or leave them. I suppose dey are like da Yankees – you either love them or hate them? As far as being a SAINTS rivial. I don’t buy it.
Because their fans are the biggest dicks in the NFL besides the Eagles
and I also live in Dallas. All I EVER HEAR is a bunch of elitist bullcrap from all of them. I can guarantee it’s not a small circle either…every single one of my friends that are fans of another team feel the same way.
They want to talk s**t, okay, let’s go. It’s my middle name. Then it comes…“hey you have to have 5 Superbowl rings to even bring the Cowboys name into a conversation. We are America’s team.” Get over yourself people.

Then that would be your personal dislike of the Cowboys - not a Saints rivalry.
I understand. There are many around where I live that want to make UL Lafayette and LSU enemies (baseball).

We are WHO DAT Nation! Not “America’s Team.” I see no need to use something that is widely known as belonging to another team. We’re unique and proud. - * *
I want to beat EVERY team we face. The Vikings, Cowboys have recently been in our way and we have developed a rivalry with their fans. Plus, we still owe dem Boys some payback.
I don't have a real good reason why I hate the cowboys, but I just do.
I see it as a rivalry. We play them fairly often throughout the last two decades. We won our fair share of them. The fans of each team travel well for the away games. It might be petty, but I just get tired how much the media makes a big deal out of them every year and the final push was the hard knocks episodes.
You asked what the hatred is all about
and I told you. It’s not a Saints thing, it’s a the Cowboys fans suck thing. No one called it rivalry.

LOL... I see now
that Sarah wasn’t calling our Saints “America’s Team,” but only mocking an obnoxious Boys fan. Sorry, Ms T…. but dey got no delete button, cher.
Haha
It’s all good. It drives me crazy too!! All because of some stupid (albeit genius) marketing plan.
I will say though that their cheerleaders are by far the hottest in the NFL. I hate the Saintsation’s uniforms and a lot of the girls are not cute at all. The DCC standards are crazy high though so not everyone can be a DCC.

Grow up
In north La. as a kid and then post about the cowturds. Sad part is their fans aren’t a pimple on a -delete— ass. Saints fan are loyal even with the bags on their heads at 0-14. Personally thick or thin if ya lived through all the missery, you’re still watching last years games to make sure it all wasn’t a dream. And danged if they don’t look like we just might be a Two-Dat.
What wonderful little gifts April Fools Day brings.

They used to show the Cowboys games in Shreveport instead of Saints
in the late ‘80s (unless they had different start times and then they showed both. I had some family move up there and they were ticked off, neg! lol – I wanna say they show the Saints now, but I’m not sure.
They vote now
Last season they started letting the fans vote on which team they wanted to watch in Shreveport. I am not sure about this season though.
They show the Saints quite often in the Houston area
On a positive note for Katrina.

I voted for the Vikes / Fins game
It is so much fun to see all the analysts who made them Super Bowl Champs in the pre-season have to now talk about what is wrong with the Viqueens.
"Never interrupt your enemy when he's making a mistake." -- Napoleon Bonaparte
and no one is saying how quality the dolphins looked in that game
i just think it’s impressive they’ve gotten two big road wins. i sort of follow them since i lived there for a year and also really wanted us to draft vontae davis (who’s an effing superstar, imo) and i think they’ve shown they’re a pretty solid team. anyway, i’ll vote every week for the game in which the vikings lose :)
Dallas fans are the biggest bandwagoners in the country.
Everyone around here is, ’ at least we got the rangers’, regarding the cowboys start. Where were these rangers fans the last 10 yrs? Now, noone likes the mavs cause their done. Not in my opinion though. They jump on, jump off so many times. I live being a saints fan cause I know our fan base is as loyal as a good dog. We’ll be there win or lose. Dallas fan will find somethin else to do as fast as a stripper will take a 20. They suck!

i think the owner hurts the image of the team
since he sort of embodies a negative stereotypic “everything’s bigger in texas” arrogance. but i agree w/ the bandwagon comment – and what’s the worst about it is in places like shreveport when they show cowboys games instead of saints games (they did it a while back when i had family living there and the cowboys were winning and the saints were not- maybe it’s changed since then)
Bwhaha so true!
Everyone here is all about keeping up with the Jones’s so if it looks cool everyone has to be a part of it.

My dad is a cowpokes fan and he grew up in Shreveport. He said it’s closer to Dallas than New Orleans. I told him, well do you live in Louisiana or Texas?? I told him I was going to back the Saints cause they are from Louisiana, I’m not going to be like all those bag waggoners and go for the Cowboys.
