Sports Network - Ummmm, yeah...sorry, NBC. What looked like a potentially super matchup when the schedule was concocted a few months back, Indianapolis at New Orleans at the Superdome on a Sunday night is a touch less attractive these days after a few regular-season weeks of clear-headed assessment.

Brett Martel (AP) - Sean Payton played quarterback through high school, college and even as a replacement player during the 1987 NFL strike. Yet it wasn't until he was wearing a headset, not a helmet, and holding a flip card, not a football, that he was seriously injured in a game.

Hello Hans.

Nobody on here yet, but just wanted to say hello and thanks for the post. I like reading the Fleur De Links. I’m sure you’ve read my comments about Kreutz. But it is an upgrade for the offense now that he’s gone. Like I said before, look for the offense to start playing a bunch better now. Put it this way. It’s like a headache you can’t get rid of and now it’s absolutely gone.
