Peyton Manning News-No Saints Content
1) Phil Simms said on Inside The NFL that Manning would not allow the Colts to draft Andrew Luck. Manning denied that and said "'Phil, I hate to break it to you, but I don't watch your show, along with a lot of other people that I don't think watch that show."
2) Rotoworld.com: The Indianapolis Star's Phillip B. Wilson is "leaning beyond 50-50" on Peyton Manning (neck surgeries) "ever playing in Indy again, if anywhere." Wilson says he's "maybe even 30-70" on Manning ever playing again. It's a sobering assessment from the long-time Colts' beat writer, who has been as close to Manning's situation as anybody. Manning is expected to remain without a timetable for a return until he meets with his doctors on December 1.

Enough speculation!
Sports media speculation has become completely unreliable. Just today, for example, a report came out that the Giants’ Ahmad Bradshaw had a broken bone in his foot and would require surgery. Not long afterwards, reports came out that the injury isn’t serious and he’s expected to play this Sunday. Media speculation is totally useless.
If Manning doesn’t play again, he’s had a brilliant career (except for SB XLIV, ha ha) and will be a first ballot hall of famer. If he does play again, he’ll play for the Colts and probably have at least a few more good seasons before retiring. The point is that these beat writers don’t know s***. They’re just typing to read their own words and hoping to feel relevant.
Media speculation is totally useless.

I predicted he’d never play again. Useful!!
Bradshaw will need surgery. After the season though. You must read carefully.
Now something's wrong
Where the Sherwood used to be
Not taking issue with you.
Sorry for making it seem that way. I’m just sick of these beat writers and their 50/50, 70/30 speculation. Just report what’s going on inside the facility and spare us all of this guesswork.
I predict Peyton will play again. Add me to the list. :)
