Oh and,

it looks as if I might start calling the Bucs the Misfits with the addition of Haynesworth. Man, Tampa must have some deep pockets.

I used to be.....

Until the video got posted of him getting f***ing knocked out. I still like his music but he needs to let the persona go. He is getting too old for that s**t.

Romeus

Is he actually going to be able to get on the field this season? How awesome would it be if he did and actually made his presence felt?

by BlackandGold4ever on Nov 10, 2011 7:39 AM CST reply actions

It's possible, but doubtful.

He can practice for 21 days before the team must either put on the active squad, IR him, or release him. My guess is that he’s recovered enough to get out on the field with the team, the coaches will watch him for a couple weeks, then decide if he’s “ready” or if he should be put on IR. Depending on his performance and the overall health of the D line, he could be either, but my guess is that unless they are getting really thin with depth there, he’ll end up on the IR list this year.

Barring depth problems

They should IR him, this season. Like that he is getting to practice so maybe he can be a force next season, but I think it would be better to give that ACL more time to heal, rather than stressing it too soon.
