You can see, Jimmy Graham's toe allegedly touched out of bounds BEFORE his knee hits in bounds. The second his toe is out of bounds, the catch is void, regardless of where the rest of his foot lands. Did his toe actually hit the line? I'm not so sure. And should the rule be changed so that as long as a receiver gets part or most of his foot in bounds then it's ruled a catch?
