Printok, assuming the Saints and 49ers both win out and finish with matching 13-3 records and 5-1 division records who gets the #2 seed? Does it go to the teams that both teams played in common (the Rams)? that'll sting if so.

They have a better record within the conference (NFC).
The only way we get the 2 seed is if we have a better record than them.
