Four players missed practice for the New Orleans Saints on Wednesday -- linebacker Jonathan Vilma (knee), safety Malcolm Jenkins (neck), receiver Lance Moore (hamstring) and tight end John Gilmore (toe). Tailback Mark Ingram (toe) practiced on a limited basis for the first time in weeks.
