"We are pleased that the Minnesota Court of Appeals, like all other federal and state courts to hear the matter, has unanimously upheld the structure and operation of the NFL's collectively bargained Policy on Anabolic Steroids and Related Substances. Today's opinion confirms that the testing program did not violate Minnesota state law and vindicates the policy and procedures of the program. We are in the process of reviewing the decision and determining our next steps."

So does this mean we are finally gonna draft a pass rusher?

Eff you, Greg.
Anyone who reads the details of how the league handled the Starcaps thing can see it was a game of “gotcha” and these players didn’t deserve four game suspensions.

Suspended players
like Roethlisberger, Vick and others seem to get the initial term of their suspension reduced for “good behavior.” Assuming that Will Smith has been subject to random tests since this StarCaps thing came about (2 years ago? 3 years ago?) and has been clean all that time, it seems the league should reduce the 4-game term and could maybe even have some sorely-needed good PR with the players by doing so.
Call me silly but accusations of rape in bar bathroom should get more punishment than taking a substance which can be used to mask the presence of a second substance that the player was never accused of having taken.
P.S. I want a pass rusher in the 1st round too.
Black Pants = Bad
From what I've seen on this it means pretty much nothing
It will head back to court (as it was anyway) the players will not have to do the suspension until guilt is proven. I would think you’ll see 2-3 court appearances by the Wall and then the season will start and they’ll be playing again. Personally the NFL has enough going on it should deal with the CBA and let this crap slide…
It's a lot easier to love the Vikings when they win...
