As mentioned in my previous fan post, I needed some advice on who to pick at #72. That decision is now made, I grabbed Kendrick Ellis. Previously having drafted Cameron Heyward in the first and Mason Foster in the second, we now have a potential new DT, DE and OLB. We could obviously still use an upgrade at weak-side for the long-term, so I am willing to consider Dontay Moch if he's still around, even if I really don't think he'll start this year. We could use an SS, Tyler Sash doesn't look like too bad a choice there. We could take an OL player and let him compete for the RT or the "extra TE" position in our offense, giving us options if we can't retain Zach Strief. And of course we could also grab Luke Stocker at TE if he's still available. Finally I'm sure there's somebody CP wants me to draft at RB, even if I don't want him, so I suppose you can put him in the comments if you want.
I'll likely come back with another pick vote in about 4 days or so (we do 2 picks a day), but in the meantime, give me some ideas for who you think might be available and who I should take.
Last pick posted at this point was Arizona's selection of DeAndre McDaniel (twerp, I would have taken him at #72 in a microsecond if he'd been there), but that will give you the full history of the mock draft and links to many of the posts (up to Sam Acho the player name is actually a link to the mock draft writeup post). After that, the picks so far are Jurrell Casey / DT, Christian Ballard / DE, Kenrick Ellis / DT, Jerrell Powe / DT, Kendall Hunter / RB, Tyler Sash / SS, Sione Fua / NT, Buster Skrine / CB, Bruce Carter / OLB, Ricky Stanzi / QB, Jerrel Jernigan / WR, James Brewer / OT.
