CSC Lockout Pool: Update
Almost 2 weeks ago, we had a few people participate in our "Lockout-End Pool". Just a little update on how everyone's doing. We've had a couple people have been eliminated so far and still have (hopefully not) a long way to go. So now, without further ado, I give you the list:

even though it’s a smart move in strategy on The Price Is Right, I always hated when someone pulled that and then won the prize – it felt like a cop-out. And if I win, I’ll feel like a cop-out, even though it was unintentional.

Has anyone watched Price is Right recently? (and this isn’t a Drew Carey bashing) People are just getting dumber and dumber…ok we all know how to do that “one dollar over the previous bidder” thing goes…the main thing is that you have to be the last person bidding to pull that trick…more and more when I watch the show, these idiots are trying that on the 2nd bid! I just sit there and yell at my TV…and the even dumber thing is…the 3rd guy will try it. too! GAHH!!! same for the actual bidding of a dollar. I saw the 3rd guy bid 1 dollar…so the last guy just bid $2…ok I’m done now…sorry about that
And just as you have planted your seed in the ground, I'm going to plant my seed in you.

I finally got my bad a** card last week…
I went to a meetup about marketing your business online and someone thought that I was a tattoo artist – mostly because of my closely buzzed hair (00 length) and my (starting to be) long goatee.
"It's more than a handful. It's a handsful."
I pictured you as more of a suit and tie kind of guy.
Maybe MARY JANE will load up and pass the PEACE PIPE around the conference room and they’ll all get happy in a big hurry, which might just help speed up the process. - HansDat
:-)
…no suits, but I do wear ‘camp’ shirts and nice shoes with my jeans.
And yeah, I’m a ‘goodie two shoes’ (don’t drink, don’t smoke, etc)
…and used to wear glasses
…and I’m a computer/Internet/marketing geek
But, I got LASIK a few years ago, and I’ve recently shaved my head and grew a chin/soul patch goatee… and I started letting it grow, just for kicks.
I thought it was pretty cool that she thought I was a tattoo artist – even though I don’t have any tats yet.

Grizz, I know what year we're in. Do you know what year this lockout will end?

On or about July 22

ESPN’s Adam Schefter expects the first week of the preseason to be canceled if the lockout drags on beyond July 15. Schefter estimates the league would stand to lose $200 million were a week of the preseason to be lost. That should be a huge motivating factor in negotiations the next two weeks.

The last beer I tried did not sit to well with me though, the latitude 48 IPA…I’ve found that there is only 1 IPA I’ve liked so far, which is Magic Hat #9 (not quite pale ale)

A procedural question
How will you determine what the official “end” of the lockout is?
Is it when the NFL doors/team offices actually and officially open to the players again?
Or will it be when it’s announced/confirmed/reported to be over by the media?

Media I guess, when they say it’s over…it’s over…unless it’s not over of course…then it’s not over
