As for our postseason record, dismal as it may be, as a true fan of my team I can accept that (albeit with a few lumps).
As for win/loss records, we would have to lose the next 6 games against you guys just for you to catch up to us (we hold the advantage at 45-39, including a playoff win vs you guys).
Yes, we lost to the eventual Super Bowl Champion Packers in a game where Rodgers only mistake was mixing 2% milk in his wheaties prior to the game. How was your playoff game? You lost to a team that gave up 100 points more than you during the season while scoring 74 less than you.
Even though I am saddened by our loss, I would rather lose to the eventual Champs than a team who only had 2 wins vs a +.500 team prior to the playoffs.
But damn…why did we have to lose that bad to the Packers? Haha I dont know but I am glad I was not able to watch that game.

He was a man among boys in college, but now ALL the guys he’s playing against are THAT good, and he won’t be able to find the smarts to be able to outthink a good defenisive coorcinator or MLB like Vilma.
The guy was able to look great becase he was bigger & faster than most of his college opponents. That won’t fly at the next level.
Bust-in-waiting; and another reason I will be spending my Sundays at the local sports bar laughing at the majority of people there, watching their team stink it up again…and again….and again…

I would have to agree with GSO here...
Newton has great athletic ability but he has shown in college and life to this point that for as much above average athleticism that he has, his common sense and ability to study is on the polar opposite end which means for every flash of brilliance he will have will be book ended by many acts of stupidity both on and off the field.
And GSO hit it on the head…the biggest problem for the Panthers is the ownership.

Shanle is a possibility, as is Dave Thomas and Lance Moore, I think. But Vilma is my top guess.
