Adam Schefter
NFLPA approves deal. Done.
Are you ready for some football!?!?!?
The player representatives approved the deal unanimously.
Teams can begin to sign draft picks and undrafted free agents tomorrow morning at 10am EST.
The Saints are expected to report to training camp on Thursday.
More tweets from the twittersphere:
Albert Breer
Unanimous vote goes as a recommendation from the 32 player reps to the Brady plaintiffs, who have agreed to sign off on the settlement.
Andrew Brandt

Kffl hot off the wire is one of the best sites for “_ team is interviewing _ player” or “_ team signed _ player”. Rotoworld is pretty good as well. FA starts Friday, but teams will be able to negotiate all throughout the week. Starting tommorrow, they can sing draft choices and own players. Thursday afternoon they can cut players they wish to part ways with in preparation of FA and salary cap adherence. It’s all about to bust wide open.
I’ll find the links and post them so that you can keep them on your favorites tab and know well in advance of player movement. You’ll find out hours ahead of most major services with KFFL.

I grew up in New Orleans…that would be a yes. My current African American friends…of which i have three (it’s Montana, they like to pretend they’re the only three in the state) enjoy listening to Jazz and blues and the occasional Stones album.

I grew up in New Orleans
Right. In the whitest, most sheltered gated community not actually inside the city limits?

HA! Got you there. Everybody knows that there are no soul brothers or sisters in Montana. Or Rolling Stones records.
If I could see you now, I'd try to make you sad somehow
Of course I exaggerate
census.gov:
Montana had a population of 870 thousand people in 1995. By 2025, non-Hispanic Whites would comprise 86.7 percent of Montana’s population, down from 91.5 percent in 1995. Non-Hispanic African Americans would comprise 0.4 percent of the state population in 2025, up from 0.3 percent in 1995.Or, as you might say, as rare as hen’s teeth.
If I could see you now, I'd try to make you sad somehow

funny,
The mother of a kid I use to mentor, is the daughter of a super rich dude and they go to Montana from time to time. She said while they were out there at a bar or something a black dude passes by and everybody is staring at him, she (she’s white) notices he’s wearing a “westchester” t-shirt on starts a convo with him, being that she used to teach there. She said people were all staring at her and stuff. So I’m pretty sure there’s no more than 30 of us there.

"I can eat oreos faster than him" Scott Fujita's take on Payton Manning SB44
Hi stu
Bordem and lack of intrest due to a bunch of greedy $OBs has affected my moral compass as of late. Now that there are actually things to talk about and the greed factor is not as high as it once was, I decided to come back from my little vacation.
By the way, I am very excited about the saftey they drafted out of clemson today. I think I will add him to my adopt a undrafted free agent list. And do some professional CSC marketing for him.
What do you think of the guy?

I don't think nothing. But I can google.
Deandre McDaniel Scout.com: 4 stars
NFL.com:
Top performer in vertical jump, broad jump McDaniel is a physically impressive safety prospect who makes a lot of plays roaming the middle in zone coverage and filling against the run. Would be a good fit for a team that likes to walk a safety down into the box for run support or to cut loose on blitzes. Will bring a tough, intimidating, explosive presence to the middle of an NFL defense. Some deficiencies in man coverage and an off-the-field issue are the two main areas of concern.McDaniel is an outstanding blend of height, length, bulk and speed. Looks the part. Very productive player, with a flair for making the big play. Appears to be a well-prepared. Has good range in zone, can lay the wood or make a plays on the ball. Loves to play the run, fills in a hurry. Is a bit high-cut and lacks some fluidity when attempting to mirror quicker receivers in coverage. Can get caught looking in the backfield at play fakes on occasion. Must watch his tackling technique at times. Was arrested in 2008 but is not a locker room personality problem.
If I could see you now, I'd try to make you sad somehow

Probably because he threw his girlfriend down a flight of stairs.
That may have something to do with it.

He was on of the top 5 UDFA’s I hoped we got. I’m very happy. I wish we would have gotten Ian Williams, but SF just signed him.

Weslye Saunders
has potential, but a lot of question marks off the field. Could be worth the risk at this point though. Kentrell Lockett would be a good pick-up as well.
i would consider picking up a guy like Sanzenbacher in case Lance Moore doesn’t re-sign.

mix with sweet tea 50/50 or mix with arnold palmer— 50% rum, 25% sweet tea, 25% lemonade. Straight up gansta good— you get drunk without making silly faces. Though if you a little stronger rum, try Sailor Jerry’s. It’s like Captain Morgan with better taste and twice the alcohol. Just sayin.

I’ve drank Capt. Morgan for twenty years. A while back, the guy at the liquor store convinced me to try Sailor Jerry. I wasn’t aware of the alcohol difference when I bought it. Following weekend, I got totally blitzed before realizing it’s 110 proof (or whatever). I’ve gone back to the Capt. as it’s more predictable. I’ll have to check out the arnold palmer thing though….. sounds good.
Wow PG!
I didn’t figure you for the drinking type.

He’s a Marine. That’s what we do. When we aren’t eating babies, of course. PJGJ should understand that joke.

Has a nice ring to it. You know, when I was in the Marines that name would have irritated the hell out of me. Most likely ending in a fight. I have grown up a lot since those days. What the hell was I so uptight about?

Watching the press conference on ESPN , Brees reminds me of Forrest Gump
in the way he`s always lurking in the background as if he has somehow
been super-imposed into the shot.
Also his hair is disappearing at the same alarming rate as my own.
That could`ve been me,a useless knome fishing
for turds in a birthing pool.
Thats one big Wooohoooo! This is a great way to start my Tuesday morning in Japan. Can’t wait to get back to the States and play some fantasy football.
