One of the hardest working players on the team ... had been a terror in the weight room to get himself ready to compete become a highly successful Division I quarterback... has a strong arm and has shown the ability to take off and run when needed ... has good leadership skills and showed tremendous improvement as the season progressed ... threw 12 touchdowns and only four interceptions over his last nine games of the 2009 season ... a strong student, was named Academic All-WAC and earned his degree in Plant Science in May. (2009): Finished 20th in the NCAA and third in the WAC in passing efficiency ... selected Academic All-WAC ... guided a Bulldog offense that ranked in the Top 20 in total offense, rushing and scoring ... threw 19 touchdowns, completed 61 percent of his passes and threw for nearly 2,500 yards in his first season as a starter ... had a perfect game, completing all 14 pass attempts, in a win at Idaho ... one of his best performances of the season came at Hawaii when he completed 12-of-14 passes for 120 yards and two touchdowns in a dominating 42-17 win at Aloha Stadium ... led the Dogs to a dramatic come-from-behind win at Illinois in the regular season finale, in which he threw two touchdowns, ran for a one and completed a 2-point pass play to offensive guard Devon Cunningham to win the game ... had a career-high 362 passing yards against Nevada ... threw for a career-high four touchdown passes in a double overtime loss at Wisconsin ... also rushed for 171 yards and two touchdowns. (2008): Saw limited action as the back-up to Tom Brandstater, an NFL draft pick by the Denver Broncos(2007): The redshirt freshman has played in four games as a back-up to Brandstater ... he completed four passes on five attempts for 58 yards and rushed for two yards ... had a game-high 48 yards passing at Oregon. (2006): Redshirted.

If he can beat out Daniel for the backup job, we’ll be better off in the placeholding department.

Does he have a birthmark?

Since he’s a lefty, I would assume it’s on the other side.

ACCOUNTABILITY INDEX....

CUT! or if he makes the team he’ll be our Phillip Rivers, which ever comes first.

“he’ll be our Phillip Rivers”

He’ll run Drew Brees out of town?

He’ll consistently be one of the top 5 QB’s in the league?

He’ll spend a lot of his free time doing work with his charity?

He’ll be a hot head, uber competitive guy that the media portrays as a jerk, and many of the fans will have a strong dislike for him?
