PrintIn all honesty, this move surprised me. The Saints were pretty solid at corner already. However, this signing could mean the Saints want more defensive backs or wanted a veteran corner to replace Randall Gay. He could be just a camp body, though I highly doubt that. Whatever the case, Fabian Washington was signed to a one year deal from Aaron Wilson:
Just got a text from Fabian Washington. He joins the Saints.
It's a one-year deal for Fabian Washington in New Orleans.
We've trusted in Loomis so far, so we will just have to have some faith in their plans here. If you want to take a look at his (admitting unimpressive) numbers go here. When more details of his one year contract are released, we'll update this post.

Free agent TE Dante Rosario has set up a visit with the Broncos.

My guess on Washington is they’re bringing him in with hopes he can teach our boys to tackle and they can teach him how to cover. If both learn something, great, maybe he’ll stick. But if not, hopefully at least our boys learn a bit more about tackling.
Washington had one of the highest percentages of missed tackles in the AFC North last year, so I hope not.
