Around SBN: Indy 500: Coverage of the 'Greatest Spectacle In Racing'

Here is the link to My PhotoBucket with Pictures from Weds and Thursday Practice in Oxnard CA.

I am a little late to the party with the pictures, and I have over 1300. I have also added the Items that the Players have signed for me. I had a great time!

Those are some great pics, Ranger.

You’ve also got quite a collection. It would look really sweet with another Super Bowl cap!!!

Thanks for sharing these.

Thank you very much.

Look for the Picture of Cameron Jordan. This guy is huge! Once he has more live action under his belt, he’s going to be a big part of this D. Also Lance Moore’s 65 Yard catch down field was crazy nice. It was right in front of the crowd. Look for it in the album. It was also really nice to see the guys signing many autographs for the kids. The players were extra nice. I Got the Entire TE crew with the team. On the Gold hat. I was one of the last people to get Brees’s auto on Thursday. I did not expect to get it infact. But my GF Held out the Jersey and he grabbed it! I was in shock for that!. But to me the most important Item was Chris Ivory Auto on my Jersey. He saw me holding it and he came right too me. He said to me it was the Jersey that made him come over, I asked him how he was feeling? He told me that he felt better the day before, but it was if he had some doubt to his Progression. I was a little bummed. He signed the Jersey and Then my Gold Football card. I am a Saints Card Collector so that was so important to me. I have more pictures so if you want me to post more I will.

GREAT pictures!

What a fantastic experience for you! Thanks for sharing it with us. I love hearing that Ivory came over because you had his jersey.

yeah! fantastic pictures - they look great

I was going to ask if you got all that stuff signed at the practice itself, or at other times, too. I would have been a nervous nelly trying to hold all the stuff, take good pictures, and then have the right item out for the right player when he came over to me.

I am a small-time card collector, so I totally get the thrill of having a player sign his card right in front of you…SWEET

What was it like being at the practice itself? Could you tell what was going on? Were you close to the action? How crowded was it?

Thumbs up, everybody...

The Practice

Yes you could see what was going on. But it looked more basic. They were doing stuff in the Morning earily then they had the afternoon practice open for us. Most of the time it looked like some basic Block skills, Confirming pass plays, Never really any hard hitting. They did alot of special Teams and Ran lots of basic Plays.

On both days. Canfield was working with both 1st, 2nd and 3rd Team. so I never really saw much really defined strings. Sproles caught passes and ran plays from Drew, Chase, and Sean.

But on Thursday they moved to the far side of the Field. Not very exciting to watch as on Weds, On weds they were 10 feet from where we were standing so thats why I got lots of Pictures of them close up with Drew giving the thumbs up. I also got a Meachum Thumbs up as well. I have to find that picture. The TE did stay and work on a few things for about 20 mins after the Thursday practice. They were going over plays or assingments. On both days, about 500 on Wed day and about 400 on Thursday, However I got there before the opened the gates each day. Glad you guys all enjoy them.
