Rotoworld.com: Turk McBride is expected to take over as the Saints' starting left defensive end following Alex Brown's release. First-round pick Cam Jordan has started his career slowly, while McBride racked up six tackles and a sack in the first three preseason games. The job may eventually go to Jordan, but McBride is currently the superior option. In eight starts last season, McBride tallied five sacks and three forced fumbles. Aug 31

Their basis for this statement is Nakia Hogan's article here, which doesn't really say that. Anyone disagree?

I'm still going with Jeff Charleston

Simply because he’s been here longer than McBride. But obviously, I could be wrong. Nevertheless, feel free to add me to the list. :)

Don't see where it says the Turk's starting.

Without Brown at left end, the Saints likely will turn to Turk McBride, who was signed on July 31, or Jordan, the 24th overall pick in April’s draft.

I really don’t feel good about mcbride staring base off what I saw in preseason. He was always after the qb and would be completely out of position when the run was coming and, I was very impressed by his pass rush ether.
