Madden 12 Open Thread
This can serve as an "Open Thread" for all talk about Madden 12. It can be gripes, moans, groans whatever...It would be cool if we got an online franchise going with our CSC group as long as everyone's active. Of course we'd have to make a separate leagues for PS3 and 360 guys. I'm willing to start the PS3 one if we get enough people.

unless someone else wants to of course, I’ve actually never done the online franchise thing, so wouldn’t be the best candidate for the job of setting it up…so if anyone else has “experience”…be my guest!

You may know anyway. I was having a conversation with an old buddy about what we used to pay for ciggs and alcohol on base. I used to buy a carton of Marlboro reds softpack for $17 a carton and a 40oz Bud heavy for a dollar. Now that same carton of smokes is 42 bucks and a forty is around $3. Would you happen to know what those products are going for on base now?

I don’t smoke, but when my mom came down I know she was surprised at the prices, and yeah beer’s cheaper, when I pay 12-13 dollars for beer at winn-dixie, I pay $9-10 on base.

I love those! They have a virtual one in the Pats Hall of Fame at Foxboro (sorry for mentioning that btw) and it’s super fun.

Madden 12 Online Franchise Started by PSN gamertag “SwellVermin” So I decided to create this thing for us, on PS3. If anyone would like to join, please either search for the Online Franchise name, “CSCmembers” or friend request me on PSN so I can invite you. Or just reply here with your gamertag for an invite. The Password for the franchise is “whodatXLIV” As the commissioner I just have a couple of items to lay out on the table.
NO RESTARTS and;
We will be advancing the weeks every 72 hours to keep things moving along.
I wont advance Week 1 until after opening weekend on 9/12, that way we still have time for some owners to join, you can join anytime though. Unless everyone in the league is ready to advance.
I decided NOT to take the Saints, as I think it’s fair to all of you. I decided to go with the Cowboys, for scheduling reasons and to hopefully see some of you in the playoffs!! Owners so far. Great! We will still wait to see if anyone else joins up this week before we advance. just played my game but
The garbage ea servers went down and didn’t record my 34-17 win against the jets. So disappointed in ea, this has happened 3x on my ncaa online dynasty. So when we advance, ea will replay my game and sim it. Hopefully I’ll still win! So make sure u have a good cnxn to the net and hope that the ea servers don’t screw you. Also a good idea to take screen shots and post or email to me to prove u won if u freeze or need to replay a game. Siiiigh….
