First thing that popped out to me
was that apparently Payton agreed about the game ball going to Harper. That and Colston “getting a lot of work in”.

Saints will wear black jerseys this week. Pants color still unknown.
Do they have white or gold pants this year? Did they last year?
UGH… This means… [sniffle] black pants.

If it wasn't for us
this wouldn’t even be an issue. I’m fully convinced CSC was out in front on the black pants controversy. The power of blogging.
It was good while it lasted.
According to Sports Talk
The Saints are wearing throwback jerseys this week. Meaning gold pants.
Peyton, I can eat Oreos faster than you!!!!
Gold pants…I hope you’re right.

Why would we wear throwbacks against an expansion team? Seems like we would save them for a longstanding rival. Why am I even thinking about this?
In Breesus' name we play

Bring back Aaron Brooks! He's the only one who can save us from the evil that is Drew Brees!!
Hmmm....
I’m conflicted now.
What’s worse: ugly a$$ jerseys or black pants?
At least we don’t have throwbackup uni’s like Denver, Green Bay, or New York. [barf]

I guess those aren’t too bad.
I’m just thinking of jerseys I see other people wearing (non players)… and thorw-back are not at all appealing to me.

How could Morestead
NOT win special teams player of the week?
Haffa Dai!! Saints fan in Guam...the poor man's Hawaii!
Agreed just by the punt alone.
That was such a huge momentum keeping punt.

Hate to see Bell go...
You hate to see a GOOD YOUNG player go especially for a RB. With all of the injuries(and more to come) combined with what happened to us last year in that department, youu really feel it more than when LB Danny Clark got cut. I’d hate to have him play against us but……. with Ivory coming back and the success he’s had last year I see why they released him but honestly they should have cut De La Puente. Damn Hartley……
The ref admitted he got it wrong? To the player?
Has this ever been done before?
WIN NOW
WINGRAMANIA!!!!
No, Harper probably heard it second hand (from Sean). And Sean isn’t supposed to disclose this publicly —unless they’ve changed the rules, and I very much doubt they have. But he probably had to tell Roman just because Roman had a right to know it was a mistake. And Roman probably wasn’t supposed to pass it on anyway… but was probably still pissed enough at the atrociously bad call he “forgot”… or maybe just flat forgot…
Besides, it wasn’t the actual ref. It was Pierra’s replacement as head of officiating (forget his name ATM).
