We didn’t have Porter last week. The other three, however, are a concern.

Now they COULD simply be given an extra day off. Or even two. By Friday if they aren’t practicing, THEN I’m getting worried.

“By Friday if they aren’t practicing, THEN I’m getting worried.”

That’s what I told myself to reduce my level of concern.

both teams seem banged up

But most of the Saints are on defense, which scares me against the Texans

Our D hurting...... Their O hurting.....

Porter will prob be the only defensive player still out BUT we get Will Smith back! As long as the secondary play closer to the line/WRs, like we did against the bears we should be fine. Tackling should improve weekly. Lance will be more of a factor since their best man will be on Devery. I see Sproles still getting more touches than PT and Graham should get off. I see them blitzing 80% of the time.

Foster will play but shouldn’t be the main factor in their run game. Tate will prob get more touches since he had so much success the last two games AND against us in preseason. With their other RB Ward out too, I just had a scary thought of them getting Joique Bell. Just gotta put/keep a body on A Johnson! If we fail to do that, then gotta get Cutler pressure on Schaub!

I don't know if you know this

but we actually do have corners that can cover him. I know how lethal he is, but he won’t have a matchup like the last time the Saints faced the Texans in the regular season.

The key to life isn't doing what you are told not to do, it is knowing what is worth doing when told not to do it.
