Saints @ Packers: Game Predictions

1.) At least 3 rushing td’s as a team
2.) At least 2 takeaways
3.) Aaron Rodgers throws at least 2 td’s

1 Clay Matthews gets two sacks.
2 Malcolm Jenkins gets a pick.
3 Kasay is 100% on field goal.

And I get a sh***y friday…

1. Ingram scores a TD in a first regular season game.
2. Saints make GB one dimension and hold them to under 85 rushing yards as a team.
3. Doesn’t matter that they’re one dimensional as Rodgers throws for 300+ yards and 3+ TDs.

1) combined passing yards >600

2) NO commits more turnovers

3) combined sack total >4

PT will lead the Saints in rushing yards.
Brees will pass for less than 275 yards.
Kasay misses a FG less than 38 yards.
21-17 Saints beat the Packers on road.

That wasn’t as easy as it seems.

1) Brees throws 3 touchdowns
2)Pierre Thomas has 1 rushing TD, and Ingram has 1 rushing TD
3)Kasay misses an extra point

1. John Kasey misses either a FG or extra point
2. Aaron Rodgers gets sacked at least twice
3. Jimmy Graham catches a TD pass.

1) Kasay will kick a field goal longer than 35 yards
2) Defense sacks Rodgers 4 times
3) Mark Ingram scores a TD

Unfortunately, the Saints lose on the road – Green Bay continues the streak of the home team winning the NFL season opener.

1 Drew BREES!!! has zero interceptions.
2 Pierre Thomas has more touches than Mark Ingram
3 Old Man Kasay makes all PAT attempts, but misses at least one FG.

It will be obvious that Mike McCarthy has been out on the rubber chicken circuit as he displays his new giant coaching pants. At first, no one will recognize a clean shaven Aaron Rodgers. There will be some type of new headgear worn by the cheese head fans. The Wonder Years’ dad will show up in his Lombardi persona, but no one buys it and everyone thinks about little Fred Savage wearing his Jets jacket. It will be apparent that it’s probably time for Al Michaels to retire and Collinsworth will turn off yet another generation of football fans. The female onfield reporter will be wearing leggings. Some of the pregame music on NBC, if you compare it to 1993’s “Informer” by Snow, will prove that popular music has not progressed at all in the last 28 years.

1) The combined scoring of both teams includes at least 5 TD’s and at least 5 FG’s.
2) Both Jimmy Graham and Mark Ingram score at least one TD.
3) Saints defense gets at least 3 sacks.

Bonus: GB wins TOP, yet somehow loses the game.

1) Jimmy Graham gets 70+ yards and a TD
2) Ingram gets 2 goal line carries and scores on at least 1.
3) Sedrick Ellis gets a sack

1) Kasay is money making all field goals and extra points.
2) Saints defense gives up fewer yards than Packers defense.
3) Saints have more than 125 yards rushing.

Bonus: I have way too much fun at Lambeau field and wake up Friday morning wondering where my voice went and barely remembering the second half. :)

1. Brees has 4 TDs and rushes for 30yds
2. Defense has 2 sacks & 3 TO’s BUT CBs gets burned twice
3. Ingram shows the nation what he’s about with 2 TDs & 85 yds rushing 40 yds recieving.

Bonus: Refs will miss a few holding calls on the packers

1. Pierre Thomas and Jimmy Graham each get a receiving TD.
2. Ingram leads Saints rushers in total yardage.
3. Kasay misses FG that would have ended the game in a tie GAAAAA!

I predicted this last week due to playing the defending champs at Lambeau. Our offense is on fire, defense will improve as season goes on.

Ingram and Pierre combined 130 yds plus rushing
Devery scores 70 yd.TD on a fleaflicker

Hope I’m wrong on my score prediction. I want a win!

Green Bay loses on failed two point conversion at end of game.

I meant that Aaron Rodgers gets sacked at least 3 times.

Too many people predicting packers. I think Brees gots this people… Kinda want Matthews to get him rattled a “little” so he does run when he see a lane wide open.

The first game is always the hardest but it makes it even worse because we play the defending SB champions.

Bonus: Packers unveiling of the super bowl champion banner is somehow more rushed and lame than how it went down last year in the Dome.

Bonus – Ingramania catches Green Bay with their pants down, rushes up the middle for for 22 yard TD. The Ghost of Favre Past appears at Lambeau and steals championship banner for new curtains. Only interception thrown is by Rodgers attempting to connect with Randall Cobb and as the ball touches his hands the sheer awesomeness of Malcomn Jenkins hits Cobb so hard that the ball goes up in the air and lands in Harpers hands. Harper returns it down a wide open sideline as a Green Bay fan on crutches catches him at the 3 tyard line.

1. Packers buy into buy 32 cases of beer and 50 lbs of Brats which allows Rodgers to get sacked twice and intercepted once.
2. Brees cuts the cheese and throws for 300 yds and 2 touchdowns
3. Bret Favre shows up in the stands distracting the entire cheese nation allowing Mark Ingram/Pierre Thomas to scramble for a 35 yd touchdown

While not yet frozen I expect a chilly return for the Pack to the tundra

31-10 Saints. Packers will come out smokin but will stall on opening drive and settle for a field goal.. Saints will put up long and consistant drives for 31 points( mostly in the 3rd quarter, sinse we will have the ball to start the 2nd half) Packers will score thier only TD within the 2 minutes remaining in the game.

1) Ingram scores first rushing touchdown, initiating the first step of national Ingramania, while also gaining 70 total yards on the ground
2) Brees has a completion percentage of less than 65% and throws a TD and a pick
3) Saints surprisingly allow less than 80 yards rushing

1. Saints miss a PAT.
2. There will be a special teams score, either team.
3. Brees and Rodgers will combine for less than 600 yards passing.

Packers beat Saints in turnover margin and sack total.
Ingram has less than 3.5 YPC.
