Wanting success for the players.
That’s what is heart breaking for me. Can’t stand to see Drew look like that. Can’t expect anything else, but I can’t wait for the rebound if it happens; the “back to work” talk and all that jazz.

Drew looks like he took the loss with more poise than I did.

The key to human happiness lies within a Saints Super Bowl
…and the primary obstacles to that happiness lie within the defense. Let the Spagmania begin!

Thanks for a great season Saints
Making it this far into the playoffs has to be good enough. We are living a dream to have a team that is a genuine competitor year in and year out. See yall in the spring.
we may have lost, but the Dalai Lama did grant us eternal consciousness on our death beds
so, we’ve got that going for us

satch.. i know you probably posted the links before drew's twit..
none the less.. i think it’s worth sharing..
i heard a few people and pizza bickering about fandom.. thought this would shed a little light on what it is to be a fan.. this is what our QB said.. he is a pro.. paid to play.. not born nor raised here.. just a guy working here that has grown into something beyond:
“Exit meetings today. My heart hurts. I love this team”
Thanks
Yes, that tweet wasn’t yet out there when I organized the post. If it had been, I would have placed it at the very top. I have a raging man-crush for Mr. Brees.

My mother used to tell me:
Son your tears mean one thing to me, your a true fan, and next year you will be back on that same couch after church rooting for the same team, regardless of what happened today.
P. S. Never made losing easier, god I love this team.

I love this team through thick and thin and always will.
Getting eliminated in the playoffs is hard to take but life goes on. I just have to look for the bright spots.
This morning a bird was perched in my half opened window. It was singing like it was looking forwarded to a day of sunshine and happiness. So I slammed the window and killed it.
Still lookin’ for them bright spots though. :-)

He tweeted that he was alright right after the game.
Probably a concussion and with the new more strict rules applying to those, there was no way he was getting back on the field and rightly so.

Oh I knew he wasn't coming back....
But over here in AR the game went straight to commercial when he got hit so no one over here knew if he got up or was carried away on a stretcher. Thanks for the info, love me some PT, and I guess I could have checked twitter myself, but much appreciated.
