A little tidbit to make everyone feel better
"Best behind-the-scenes playoff tidbit: CBS' Charley Casserly saying the 49ers knew the Alex Smith-to-Vernon Davis game-winning touchdown play would work because they noticed the Saints' Roman Harper always lined up two yards deep in the endzone in that scheme and never moved up."

I love this part
• Fox’s No. 2 team tried to ruin the Saints-49ers classic by talking incessantly and often stating the obvious. “Every snap is critical for this 49ers defense,” Daryl “Moose” Johnston enlightened us. Down 17-0, “the Saints just need some positive plays,” he said. Really?
Tony Siragusa said the 49ers “don’t want the ball in the Saints’ hands.” You don’t say? And on and on it went. Johnston said the 49ers’ first interception was “the result of understanding the Saints like to go vertical.” But every defense understands the Saints like to go vertical. The pick actually was the result of disguising coverage, as ESPN noted later, and Dashon Goldson’s playmaking skills, which improved this season.
Finally, somebody telling it like it is with the people we’re forced to listen to during games on TV. I’d love to watch a game on TV with the only sounds coming from the field, stands, and the stadium announcer. It would be just like being at the game. Plus, we could finally once again see the bands perform during halftime of college games. That would be so much more preferable than listening to three guys go on and on by stating the obvious and telling us what we just saw. That’s why I usually channel surf and look for a rerun of Seinfeld or The Big Bang Theory during halftimes.

Yes....
I actually synced up with the radio using pause on the cable box. Much more enjoyable listening to the Jim and Hokie!

The Best? Charlie Casserly, he, like Matt Millen shouldn't be giving any advice
maybe Harper’s having to guard so much ground including the back line, that’s what S’s do, if we had better cov. LB’s, or drop deeper like Urlacher does ALL the time. SF knew Harper’s ankle was gimpy all week, who do think they would go after. Double cover the fool like we did with C.Johnson, the big gainer on a simple crossing route by Jenkins? make somebody else beat you.

I like Moose and Goose
At least they walked the walk. When they call a game, it means no sideline bimbo to put up with.
What! shall we curse the planets of mishap
That plotted thus our glory's overthrow?
