This offense is so potent,clearly it needs a name. It needs to be revered like when we speak of The Dome Patrol or The Purple People Eaters or the Cincinnatti's Baseball Big Red Machine. When people say "The Greatest Show on Turf" we all know what team and players that included. It's time that this offense got the appropriate respect. No disrespect to the defense- I have been really proud of them. They are making big plays and only giving up 2 TDs per game the last half of the season. The 2nd half shutout of Carolina was impressive. I love our D. But, our offense is record-shattering and deserving of going down in the archives as a unit that has it's own name. Off the top of my head, I came up with "THE ASSAULT" because they can get you on the ground or through the air. But, I thought it would be fun to have everyone pitch in their ideas- maybe we can have a vote on it and see what sticks. What do you think?
