You could argue that all 3 deserve to be #2 but..
I went with Jimmy Graham. I mean Sproles and Colston are Pro Bowl caliber players. They are great and I love them. Jimmy Graham is a next level type TE. He is going to be better than Gates and Clark. The only crazy thing is Grunk will probably rival him for the rest of his career. If not for Grunk he probably we would be the greatest TE ever! I think he is more athletic than Grunk but Grunk is a bruiser. I would give an edge to Jimmy (I’m bias of course) but Grunk is amazing as well. Scary part is that I think Jimmy might get even better next year once he learns to run better routes. Now that’s scary.
Stand up and forget Gronk?
This isn't about rules, it's about manners. Now there's no rule that says that I cant come over here and fart on your entree. But I don't do it. Why? Because it's not good manners.
It's easy to nit-pick the gpa's...
But I think Strief as the #2 OL was a bit of a fluke.
It’s sad to see Henderson as our low-guy (10+ games) after such a strong start to the season.
I'm quite charismatic.
The average weighted GPA was 2.84
In case that helps the interpretability of the scores. Brees through Bushrod = above average, relative to the rest of the team.

Kreutz grade way to high
He deserves the Animal House Blutarski 0.0 for @$%^^ quitting

Holy Zeus
I had completely forgotten that he was on the team earlier in the season.

I thought it was interesting
that JJ Watts of the Texans said on Mike and Mike yesterday morning that Carl Nicks was the best linemen he faced all year.
"I have had a perfectly wonderful evening, but this wasn't it." Groucho Marx
Not surprising.
Also, it’s JJ Watt, BEAST among boys.
Bring back Aaron Brooks! He's the only one who can save us from the evil that is Drew Brees!!
Dallas’ misery will always be my delight

The fact that only two players who ever played in a game on offense got below a C grade...makes me feel you need to start being a little harsher on your grading system. Not every kid a B student.
-Lombardi was wrong...it's the internet, not fatigue that makes cowards of us all. But then again, what do you expect. Not like the guy could see the future.
This was arguably the best offense in NFL history.
I think that means there’s going to be some highly productive members among its ranks. Wait till you see defensive ranks.

Perhaps my idea is just fundamentally wrong. I would have thought that a grade of 2.0….would equal butt as average NFL starter. Not every single player we have on offense is above average. Myabe his overall scoring is just different than what I think.

I think he's grading performance over talent.
More good games over bad would lead to a better grade than talent level. At least, that’s my interpretation.

I still don't know what he's grading
Is it multiple choice? True/false?
What! shall we curse the planets of mishap
That plotted thus our glory's overthrow?

Went with Lightning Bug Sproles, man what a Beast he is running and spinning out of tackles
LOVING MOORE, GRAHAM AND THE COOL BREES!
I’m voting Sproles since he set the record for all pupose yards. That slacker, Graham, only came in second for all time yards by a tight end.

I voted for Graham
I think he has done more overall for the team with his receptions. I am also a little biased based on the last playoff game where his catch led to the go ahead score, we just couldn’t keep it. I wanted to see more of Sproles and the fumble is what really clinched it for Graham.
Actually the best thing he could have done...
would have been to go down at the 10, and let us eat up some clock. I know it’s hard to think that way when a TD is there to make, but we scored to fast for our shaky D.
Drew Brees....MVS Most Valuable Saint! Who Dat!!!

Said the same thing myself. Drew should have been coaching his huddle “look we have to score, but we don’t want to do it too fast. Our D has held us in all game long, but they are getting worn out. Now it’s our turn to repay the favor. We need to score, but let’s aim for under a minute left when we do.”
We should probably have a non-Drew Brees MVP
He’s MVP emeritus. We’ll call the new award the NDBMVP.
