Saints Fall to Falcons 23-13

Scott Cunningham

The Saints season is over. Brees' streak is over. I'm not sure there's really much more to say.

It was a game chock full of mental errors for the New Orleans Saints as they fell to the Atlanta Falcons by a score of 23-13. The Saints were helped by a five-interception night from quarterback Drew Brees in the worst game of his career.

The play of the Saints defense and wide receiver Lance Moore (7 catches for 123 yards) are arguably the only positive to take away from this game.

I can't really say anything else about this game right now. It sucks to lose to the Falcons. It sucks that the playoffs are now out of sight. It sucks that Brees' streak is over. It all sucks.
