Happy Mardi Gras weekend! It's Carnival time down here in the Big Easy which means beads, baubles and boobs abound! But even with all the partying going on around me, I'm never too busy to answer a few questions from Saints fans. Which is why our "What Up With Dat" mailbag series, where you guys submit questions and I answer them, continues on without interruption.

I wonder if anyone has ever told you that you are sort of like the New Orleans equivalent of Danny Merk who owns the Shore Store in Seaside Heights, NJ on the show Jersey Shore? They make t-shirts and stuff there too. You guys even look and talk alike. It struck me last night when I was watching it, lol.

Wouldn't it be a better move...

to rengociate Will Smith contract and transfering his 7M salary into upfront money spread over the remaining of his contract, which would give us close to 5M cap space , instead of plainly cutting him?

OK, here is a serious question...

This years post season seems to have been worse even than the Lock-Out period. Members are slowly starting to trickle back in it seems.
Do you think this years play-off loss, really drove us into hibernation more than usual. Yes the Post-Season is a slow time of year here at CSC, but does it seem worse than usual this year.
