...at least, Pat Y thinks there's a good chance. It'll be us, Pittsburgh, or Green Bay. I vote Packers.

My money is on Green Bay

Would the NFL have us in the season opener three years in a row? Maybe, but they may opt for a little more variety. Pack vs. Giants would be another consecutive year of the past two SB winners and MVP QBs opening the season.

I hope it’s not us. It’s almost impossible for the visiting team to beat the SB Champions on opening night. I’d rather have a home game in week 1 if we can get it.

No kidding, here we go again.

For the first time ever, I don’t want it. Green Bay can have it.

Saw this one coming awhile ago...

I was halfway pulling for New England last night in order to guarantee that we would avoid any chance of being stuck playing in the coronation game next season.

Should be Packers

Makes for the perfect rematch.

You’re right, Drunkamania, the NFC’s having too much success lately, dagnabit!

Even sweeter, if the Pack should manage to be the first to pull off the opening night upset, we could theoretically make it to 13-0 before we’re no longer the “dark horse”…

they should let the Saints open 2012 @ home with one of the MNF games or the SNF game

49ers @ Saints, perhaps?

My thoughts exactly. We can open up the season by exacting revenge upon the niners and watch Harbaugh pout and scream as his defense doesn’t get away with mugging our WRs this time around.
