Chargers signed WR Robert Meachem to a four-year, $25.9 million contract. So much for Meachem not making it out of Buffalo. The deal includes $14 million guaranteed. It's a huge contract for someone who was something of an underachiever during his four seasons in New Orleans. Meachem drew heavy interest from the get-go on Tuesday, however, and is still viewed as a potential No. 1 receiver in some circles. That's what he'll have to be in San Diego after the Bolts lost Vincent Jackson to the Bucs. That, of course, bodes well for his fantasy value even though he's leaving the NFL's most prolific passing attack. Meachem is a good bet to best his career-best line of 45/722/9 from 2009 next season.
