Hey, I've been gone a while so I just wanted to check back in and see if anything's going on. So, what's happen'in? Did Drew get the contract he wanted? Did GW leave any good tips for the incoming defensive coordinator? Is Loomis and Payton still the toast of "The City That Care Forgot?" Boy, I can't wait to get caught up on all the news. I'm gonna' scan the site now and I'll see y'all after the jump, wherever THAT is. HOOOOOOOOOLY CRAP! I can't leave y'all alone for a freakin' minute, can I!!!!!!!! I take a break from CSC to gather my 'tween season thoughts and, when I return, all hell has broken loose. Who the hell is minding the store? Is anyone in charge anymore? As one of the old timer Saints Fans I thought the bad days were behind us! I thought we had finally reached the mezzanine floor of the hierarchy of the NFL elite! But, nooooooooooooooooo! Somebody (or somebodies) had to go and stir up a whole rat's nest of negativity toward our beloved Saints and the Crescent City!!! I mean, c'mon man, who the hell fell asleep at the wheel? Who skipped their turn on guard duty? Who left the barn door open? Who invited the hookers to the church social? Has everyone gone mad???? It's not as if the signs weren't there already. It's not as if we didn't all see it coming. But, give me a break, y'all. Is there no shame anymore? Do the people in charge have no conscience or concept of fair play? Do they not know that the fans can only take so much and that there is a breaking point? This is a matter of money being used for good, not for evil. It's like the merchants in the temple. It's like selling body organs of Somali orphans to rich maple farm snobs in Vermont. I'm sure y'all know that I'm talking about - the possibility of the concessions raising the price of beer in the Superdome next season, right? I mean, who the freak do they think they are??? Oh yeah. I also read something about our guys trying to break knees and stuff. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G7OWVM50sBw
