My Crazy NFC South Predictions-2012

Image Detail What's up guys? Thought I would help escape the distractions we've been going through a bit. I'm so ready for the new season, but yet hesitant as well by getting our number one priority done...Signing Drew Brees Contract. That's the underlining circumstance right now that has made most of our nights insomniac. I want to wake up that morning and see the headlines that they finally got the deal done for him. I nervously and frantically wait day by day.

Now my predictions for the NFC South. I firmly believe it's going to be the toughest division in football next season. Actually, I have all the teams predicted above 500. And I'll explain why. I think the NFC South will be toughest division in football.

New Orleans Saints: 11-5. 2012 will be a tough test. And we will see how they respond to all this adversity from the off season. With the addition of a few defensive players and Spags, I sure hope to see an improvement. Bottom line? Gotta get the deal done for Drew Brees, period!

Carolina Panthers: 11-5. Panthers are going to be a very scary team this year. Cam Newton also scares the crap out of me. He did very well his rookie season last year. I don't see him having a sophomore slump.

Atlanta Falcons: 11-5. With the addition of new coordinators, things could get very interesting down there. With the talent they have on offense, I believe their scheme was way off balance from their previous O'coordinator Mularkey. Another scary team.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers: 9-7. A very talented young team with a new head coach. You never know with the Bucs, they always give us fits. They're up on the rise and will be very dangerous as well.

I certainly hope my predictions are proven wrong about this, just my gut feeling. I would love nothing more than another 13 or 14 win season entering the number 1 seed all playoffs at home. I do know one thing, it's going to be a very very tough season.

So how do you think 2012 will pan out for us? Let's hear it!
