The New Orleans Saints actually have until 4pm EST Monday afternoon to cut their roster down to 75 players from their current total of 90, but they may not wait that long to announce their decisions.

Last year at this time the Saints announced cuts the day of the deadline but the impression I got from interim head coach Joe Vitt's post-game press conference is that they'd be making their cuts today, ahead of schedule. At least some of them anyway.

So make the jump for a list of players I think we can reasonably expect to see get cut from the team or placed on IR either today or tomorrow. You probably haven't heard much about any of these guys. Then feel free to share your thoughts on who you think the Saints might get rid of during this first round of roster cuts.
