Gregg Williams has really stepped in it. According to Vilma's lawyer, Peter Ginsberg, Williams claims in his affidavit that he had nothing to do with bounties or a bounty system. He says that he was only involved in a pay-for-performance system and that Vilma offered $10,000 on Brett Favre and he had nothing to do with it. The problem is that former Saints employee Mike Cerullo says that Vilma offered $10,000 in a meeting and he (Cerullo) GAVE THE MONEY TO GREGG WILLIAMS and he never saw the ten grand again. Ginsberg says they're both lying (uh, "factually incorrect") and he has 30 witnesses who say Vilma never offered $10,000 at that meeting. They both have been subpoenaed. Someone's ass is gonna be in a sling.
