In a second-half collapse reminiscent of the heyday of the Aints, the still winless New Orleans Saints (0-3) have fallen to the previously winless Kansas City Chiefs (1-2) in overtime, 27-24.
After staking themselves to a 24-6 lead over the Chiefs in the third quarter, neither the Saints' offense nor defense showed that they could play with a lead as they allowed 21 straight points by the Chiefs to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.
