From last Monday's press conference:
I believe in our players and our coaches and I believe in the scheme and unless something out of the sky falls, I'm not going to change in that regard.
Well Steve, something fell out of the sky, and it's your stinking defense and your stinking defensive scheme.
Now I will grant you that you can't make chicken salad out of chicken s***. You do not have much to work with on defense. As someone in the game thread said, Gregg Williams was a dadgum genius to get the results he did out of these guys.
Just as coaches are supposed to make in game adjustments, you need to make a mid season adjustment. Stop believing in something that does not have a chance of working with the personnel you have. Compromise.
Hell, do something. Anything.
And your record setting $100,000,000 QB sure isn't helping you as well. The whole team is offensive.
You've played three very winnable games so far and stunk all of them up. Now you've got Green Bay coming up, a team lots of us penciled in as a loss before the season when we still were wearing rose colored glasses. Do something different this week or the Packers will score a record number of points.
