Patrick Robinson led all cornerbacks last year with 1,071 yards given up and was one of only two cornerbacks to give up more than 1,000 yards. As a result he was fourth worst in the NFL in yards allowed per coverage snap (1,73). What is interesting is the fact Robinson did it despite a decent 56% catch rate which means that whenever he gave up a reception it was likely a big one. This can be explained by his poor tackling after giving up receptions and the inability of our safeties to clean up after him.
