Let's take a journey back in time. We can either go in the Way-Back Machine, or Stewie's Time Machine, depending on your age bracket, but let us go back to the year 1993. This was the year I graduated high school and I was all full of Saints fevor. Bobby Hebert was the QB, yes the Ragin' Cajun himself was leading the Saints into the playoffs against the Philadelphia Eagles. Iron Head Heyward scores the first touchdown and it looks like the Saints might have a chance to make it this year. Morten Anderson was the kicker, yes THE Morten Anderson and we had Hoby Brenner as the TE. Quinn Early and Eric Martin were the Wide Outs. I remember that year. I was stoked. We were missing Pat Swilling from the Dome Patrol. But you know what?? We were the team!!! Sure we were 12-4 and the niners were in first.... again. But dammit, the Saints were in the playoffs!!!! And then Hebert lets me down with 3 ints. The Saints let me down be letting the eagles score 27 unanswered points to win the game 20-27... in the dome. This was almost as bad as the Falcons win 2 years before that, but this game, this game is why I hate the eagles.
Edited because I had the record wrong, it was from the 1993 season not the 1992 season. The niners were still in first the game was in January of 1993, and I graduated in June of that year.
