Saints News, 12/4/13: Saints Push Back Normal Weekly Practice Schedule

Joe Nicholson-USA TODAY Sports

Players were off today and won't return to the practice field until tomorrow. They'll have full practices Thursday, Friday, and Saturday in preparation for Sunday night. The team says that was the plan all along and it's not a result of having to spend an extra night in Seattle due to unexpected airplane repair. The Seahawks beat them so badly their plane sustained damage.

More on the Seattle Debacle

Downfall - Who Dat Social Club
The Saints’ loss to the Seahawks was so one-sided, so crushing a defeat, it seemed there must be shell craters on the New Orleans sideline. It wouldn’t have surprised me to hear that Sean Payton had shot himself to avoid capture. But even so, it left behind unanswered questions: were the 2013 Saints nothing but a mirage? Or are the Seahawks really this good?
